Just wanted to alert everyone to a company that specializes in hand made professional mash paddles. If you're a pro brewer that is looking for something solid, check out HeyBoy Paddles.
These paddles are hand crafted from a solid piece of hard maple and can be made to a length to fit your needs. Recently, we have been building paddles of 6' length and longer. If you are unable to find a paddle that long, or are tired of your canoe paddles coming apart in the mash, check these out.
