Hi all,
Did the pressure test of the jackets - they seem fine whew! Now, we've since filled the glycol lines and jackets and are running the systen full bore all jackets open. We have 3 single jacket 15 bbl serving vessels and 6 dual zones 15 bbl unitanks. When we measure the return flow to our reservoir, we are getting measurements of 20 gpm with very little pressure in the lines. Does this seem right?
I've seen rates discussed here that indicate the flow rate should be determined as 5gpm/jacket x number of jackets to determine what the flow should be.
Clarification greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Conan
