I'm having a real mental block:
I'm submitting a SOP to the TTB, PDQ! Okay, here's the problem:
the flavoring I'm adding to my finished beer has an alcohol percent of 32.36 by weight. I'm adding 130 ounces to 310 gallons finished beer. Beer has a pre-addition alcohol percent of 5.5 by weight.
How much alcohol am I adding with the addition of the flavoring?
