enzyme purchasing in the malting industry

I am doing some marketing research in the Malting Industry focusing on the enzyme aspect of the malting process. I am interested in responses from Maltsters, Breweries, Malting Companies, etc... what enzymes does the purchasing department buy? Any feedback would be great and I can give you information about our company and production line. Thanks!

enzymes for brewing

While there are definitely straight enzymes you can buy that are used in the brewing process, most brewers get all of their enzymes from malt itself with no need for anything additional. Thought that might help in your search for answers.
