what are the best resources and suppliers for grain and hops for new, small upstart breweries?

I'm in the research phase of starting a brewery with my business partner and I'm looking for information. This board has served that purpose well so far. Thanks!!!

check your question about the kegs. This would fall under the same thing. Also, you could check out Brewers Supply Group, they have just about everything.
