    anyone have any advice for formulating a schwarzbier? A name for it wouldn't hurt either.

        Use a significant quantity of Munich Malt (50% or more) and CaraFa Special Dehusked I,II or III.

            My schwarzbier is called Dark Helmet. You can borrow that if you want. Also, on my signage, it's called a "Schwartz" beer. Whoa! Liquid Schwartz!
