    who's got experiece with spicing beer with cardamom. i heard it's pretty potent stuff and i wanna try it without over-doing it.

    do you use the green or the black? crushed or whole?

    thinking about putting just enough for a faint flavor in a 6 bbl. spiced ale recipe.

    60 Grams (course grind) at 15 minute boil in 8 bbl is enough for you to pick out the exact spice.

    Seeds only, no pod shells. Black is softer and more smoky than green.
