  • Cheers; I hope many of you find this helpful!

I really hope many of you find this section informative and a safe place to ask questions that maybe you are embarrassed to ask. No one starts out knowing everything (I was lucky I had a great group of friend here in WI that helped me out my first few years) now I wanted to give back and help out the next generation of brewers. There are many of us out here with years of experience and good tips to make you a better brewer. Thank you so much probrewer administration for all your help with this project!

    Cheers

My wife and I are in the process of opening a very small brewery (also in Wisconsin) and I hit this site everyday. Started to read your article Jamie and find it very helpful. Thansk to everyone out there for being open and willing to share info.

                Thanks so much

                Jamie-

Just read some of your practices for beginners'. I too am recent at trying my hand at the commercial level. Enjoying every moment of it. But thanks for mentioning some tips. I am sure they will come in handy.

Also congrats on being the first woman brewmaster in WI. Quite an accomplishment!!
