Bottle Deposit

In New York is the 5 cent deposit required on the label and how do you deal with this issue if you are not using a distributor? Who takes the bottles back? We got our first TTB rejection for labels. (kind of makes me happy they are looking at our stuff pretty fast and this is our first label kind of like our first born)

whoever initiates the deposit is responsible for taking the bottles back. since you are talking about self dist. that means you have to. Don't forget about the handling fee the retailer gets.
