Where to buy quality lab supplies in small quantities

I'm wondering where I can pick up quality lab supplies in small quantities without breaking the bank. I've had my own supplies for years, but my quantities are nearly run out. I didn't think it would be so difficult to buy medium, slant vials, plates, loops etc without confronting 4 - 5 figures in quantity. I've searched the usual places on the web, but haven't had a lot of success. Any help and direction would be greatly appreciated. mark

Investigate your nearby university. The biochemistry department probably sells all sorts of lab supplies at reasonable rates, for cash. It's often an office named something like "Biochem Stores".

Also, the electrical engineering department probably does the same thing for electronic parts.
