Head Brewer at production brewpubs in Washington State, Michigan and Ohio on 7, 10 and 15 bbl. systems including a mono bloc.
3 years experience at 2 microbreweries with 30 bbl. brewhouses.
I am very good at troubleshooting and can do everything from cellar to sales.
I currently live in west Michigan but I am ready to go anywhere for a final move. Colorado westward preferred but I am open to any good opportunities.
I am also very good working with contractors on start up projects.

Looking for a veteran brewer and brewer assistant to be a part of a new brewpub and microbrewery in Texas. Your opportunity would include and would not be restricted to design, brewhouse purchase, grain to the glass and bottle input.
