We use a Zahm piercer to measure air in our bottled beer. We will soon be using a Zahm bottle to measure air in tanks and post filter. I was wonder if it was possible to use it for O2 in wort. I would think any "air" volume would be O2 and then you would just need to figure out how to convert it to PPM. Or maybe it would not work because O2 does not come out of solution like air does with CO2? Has anyone tried to play with this?
