I have a B.S. in Fermentation Science and am currently preparing for the Institute of Brewing and Distilling Diploma in Brewing exams, which means I think all brewing, all the time. Particular interests include process engineering, recipe formulation, sour and wood-aged beers, sensory science, and quality management.
