Hello,
I am a recent graduate of the Siebel International Brewing Diploma course. I've spent 6 years homebrewing and was an intern for 6 months last year at a local production brewery. My experience is on a 10 barrel system, brewing 9 times per week with an annual production output of around 3,000 barrels.
I'm open to starting anywhere in the brewery and have the ability and willingness to relocate away from Rochester at any time.
