Offering volunteer labour
Hello!
Rather than hire a brewmaster, or a consultant to fully train me, I would like to volunteer labour in a casual setting, so I may acquaint myself with the process through observation/osmosis. I am launching a small microbrewery (10 hl), and would like to learn on a similar-sized set up.
