In 1986, Harpoon co- founders Rich Doyle and Dan Kenary began brewing Harpoon in Boston to share with others the joy of making--and drinking--great beer. In 2000, we added a second brewery in Windsor, VT to keep up with the demand. We are passionate about our company and our beer, and we work each day to create great beer drinking experiences.

We have an opening for a Bottling Line Manager in our Boston Brewery


REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 4 years packaging or 5 year manufacturing experience
• Proper use of PPE
• OSHA approved Forklift certification
• Attention to details
• Minimum of 2 years managerial and supervisory experience
• Genuine enthusiasm for craft beer


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for consistently meeting daily bottling schedule on time and to correct volumes
• Maintaining clean and efficient work flow in entire department.
• Manage all bottling personnel
• Ensure product is always within specifications and of highest caliber
• Ensure staff maintain accurate and detailed daily run logs
• Maintain an orderly and safe work environment within department as well as entire facility
• Lead regular departmental meetings to review issues and propose solutions
