Are you a beer-loving foodie with restaurant management experience? We have a great job available for a dedicated manager that has a passion for food and beer! The Gem and Keystone Brewpub in Shawnee on Delaware, Pennsylvania is looking for an energetic and service-oriented leader to fill the role of Brewpub Manager. As our Brewpub Manager, you will be responsible to ensure exceptional service, strengthen our brewpub atmosphere through the development of brewpub promotions and champion our own handcrafted ales and lagers brewed on premises at ShawneeCraft Brewery. Duties will include:
· Ensuring the highest level of guest service- our number one priority
· Managing a staff of 20 - 25 team members
· Cash management and drawer reconciliation
· Developing a robust beer club and merchandise sales program
· Administrative duties including scheduling, inventory management, marketing, solid rapport with chef and back of the house staff and emphasis on inner-resort communications.
