In the past five years, MAMMOTH BREWING COMPANY has more than tripled in size and is perhaps the fastest growing company in the Eastern Sierra. We are now preparing for next year’s major brewery build-out. At that time, MBC will immediately rollout our products statewide in California. Mammoth Brewing expects to grow to distribution in 7 western states through 20 beverage distributors over the next 5 years. We need talented staff to grow with us! Immediately we are seeking:
OPERATIONS MANAGER will be a salaried position and critical to the growth of MBC. Main responsibilities will include strict inventory management of all raw ingredients and finished product, coordination with sales efforts for production forecasting, direction of local distribution and distant distributor logistics, maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising warehouse & delivery staff, and vehicle fleet management. Skill set MUST include excellent organization, extensive computer skills (including sales & accounting software), superior problem solving abilities and at least ten years of successful people management. Commitment to long-term, local living in the Eastern Sierra and community involvement is a must. Experience in the craft beer industry is a huge plus. This position will be based immediately in Mammoth Lakes, but will probably move to Bishop within the next 18 months.
