Operational costs?

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

I'm in the process of writing a business plan for a 7 BBL brewpub in a recreational tourist area in S. California. Anyways Im just looking for some feedback on Operational cost on the brewery side of things.

The system will be a:
7 BBl steam fired system
4 -7 BBl jacketed fermenters
6 -7bbl holding tanks

the holding tanks will be in a 10x12 walkin cooler

I'm sure there are alot of variables that play into the cost but im just looking for a couple of base costs for now.

Any feedback is much appreciated!!
