I've been homebrewing for a couple years and I've enjoyed it so much, I would like to make a living brewing eventually. For now though, I'm looking to just build my brewing resume by working under a head brewer.
Since I've never worked on production equipment there is a lot I would need to learn, but with my current employment situation I could work a few hours for free every week on Fridays.
While I've not had any formal training, I am a bright guy that would like to learn hands on, if you think you could make a decent offer for a full time position, let me know.
