2nd shift brewer wanted for NYC area brewery. Brewing experience or brewing degree preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brewing
Filtration
Racking
Brewery hygiene
Yeast harvesting/pitching
As with any microbrewery you will be expected to execute a variety of tasks so the candidate must be competent with all aspects of production. Must be self motivated, team oriented, and not afraid to clean.
