    This is a newly created “right-hand” position to the Director of Sales & Marketing charged with the responsibility to drive sales and increase overall productivity and effectiveness. We are looking for a high-energy, bright-minded, well rounded office administrator to handle a variety of duties to include: forecasting inventory and supplies, performing sales analysis, maintaining a budget, processing accounts payable and receivables, maintaining point of sale inventory, sending weekly reports to field sales and suppliers,, coordinating deliveries and pickups, placing replenishment orders, processing bill backs, as well as other administrative duties.

    Skills required: strong planning and follow up, comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Work effectively with suppliers, customers, sales representatives, and warehouse workers. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

    Requirements: BS or BA Degree. Wholesale distribution experience, strong computer skills; MS Excel and Word, QuickBooks is ideal. Craft beer aficionado most desirable. Occasional travel may be required.
