Filler Operator/Production Person
Responsibilities:
• Arrive at work on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude
• Start, operate and stop filling station in a safe and efficient manner
• Work with management and fellow employees to keep bottling line running as efficiently as possible
• Recognize short fills/improperly filled packages
• Maintain a high level of preventative maintenance and cleanliness of all machinery
• Ensure equipment is clean and ready to start for next day operation
• Assist with maintenance personnel in changeover of bottling line machinery
• Deal with all problems in a professional manner
Skills, abilities, and Experience Required:
• Minimum high school diploma
• Possess good mechanical ability and knowledge of high speed machinery
• Able to communicate and work in a team environment
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Able to take and follow direction from management
• Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Able to lift 60 pounds
• Able to stand for more than eight hours in a production environment that is loud, wet and cold/hot.
• Able to troubleshoot and fix mechanical problems
• Posses a genuine interest in our culture
• Posses a passion for sanitation and providing the best product possible
• Able to adjust to a changing, fast paced production schedule
• Able to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
• Must be able to wear ear and eye protection
