Dry Dock Brewing Company will be expanding very soon into its new production facility! Brand new 40BBL brewhouse, six 80 BBL fermenters (to start), and room to grow as far as the eye can see! Yes, we will be canning.
The 2009 Small Brewing Company of the Year and all-around hellava place to work is looking to add a full-time brewer (someone good) to its dedicated stable of powerhouse brewing talents. A snappy résumé and a shipload of experience (2+ years professional) would be great. Both pub and production experience will move you to the top of the list as we will be keeping our current 7BBL system as our playground/think-tank/barrel-aged beer outlet. A superhuman work ethic and an elevator up personality might just seal the
deal.
Any candidate worth consideration already knows the requirements (i.e. can’t be soluble in water,probably shouldn’t be allergic to barley, can probably military-style press full kegs onto waiting delivery truck, etc.). Hours will be plentiful and very well spread around all parts of the week.
Compensation will be great -- well great for a brewer. You’re not interviewing for that big investment banker gig after all. There are even some benefits above and beyond the Sternewirth privilege. That’s pretty good for a brewer position. You also get to live and work in Aurora, Colorado -- very nice.
