We are:
- A small (7 bbl), primarily Belgian-style brewery starting up very soon in the Boulder area
- Focused on our taproom but will gradually increase packaging and distribution over time
- Experimental and innovative - always looking to create our own interpretations
- Passionate - completely obsessed with Belgian-style beer
- Real and honest - no shortcuts, cheap ingredients, laziness, or b.s. allowed
We are looking for a brewer who:
- Is passionate - also completely obsessed with making Belgian-style beer (and has experience doing it)
- Is creative - interested and capable of creating unique variations on a style
- Has high attention to detail and excellent cleanliness and sanitation practices
- Ideally has been a head brewer in the past (this brewer will be part of a small team but must be able to 'work without a net' )
- Is trustworthy, reliable, hard-working, and has a good sense of humor
- Has a background in microbiology (not necessarily required but highly valued)
- Education is great, so is experience - if your beer is consistently great, it doesn't matter what path you've taken.
