Growing Craft Brewery in the Heart of Fort Collins Colorado Searching for a full-time Cellar Operator. The Fort Collins Brewery established in 2004 is a full production brewery that produces an eclectic line up of full time and seasonal craft brews. Our kegs and cases reach into the far corners of the US through a distribution network totaling 19 states. In 2010 we built a new, shiny state of art brewing facility that also highlights our passion for craft food and people with a 150 seat restaurant. The Cellar Operator is responsible for monitoring fermentation, management of yeast, filtration of product, carbonation, kegging, controlling quality, proper CIP-SIP procedures and keeping the facility and equipment clean and operating.
The position requires working varying shifts, ability to follow instructions completely and staying until the job is finished. We are looking for a co-worker who will embrace our company mission statement and bring passion and enthusiasm to work with them.
