Pay Classification: Full Time, Hourly
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
•CIP of fermentation vessels/bright tanks
•Beer transfers/prep for packaging
•Fermentation monitoring
•DE Filtration of beer
•Lab work
•Assisting brewers with day to day tasks
•Upkeep & cleanliness of cellar
Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
•Outgoing personality
•Hard working mentality
•Strict attention to detail
•Strong knowledge of the brewing process
•Ability to understand and follow SOPs
•Working to high quality standards with and without direct supervision
•Ability to lift 55 lbs to shoulder height repeatedly
•Ability to maneuver beer kegs (165 lbs)
