Crazy Mountain Brewing Company (Vail, CO) is hiring a Sales Representative for the Texas Market. Our representative is to be based in Houston or Dallas and expected to cover territory including Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Galveston. A strong emphasis will be placed on brand building, customer relations, on and off premise sales, industry events, and general promotion of Crazy Mountain Brewery. A major responsibility will be working closely with the wholesalers and distribution sales force on a daily basis. This will include sales meetings, ride alongs, POS inventory management, and incentive programs. This position will require product promotion at events, tasting, and festivals. These events may occupy weekend time. Ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have knowledge of the craft beer industry, as well as experience in the marketing and distribution field.
Primary Duties:
Daily management of territory sales and marketing
Maintain strong productive relationship with distributors
• Perform staff trainings with new placements (on and off premise)
• Work with distribution sales team within the market on ride alongs
Development of key accounts
• Know decision makers of on and off premise accounts
• Merchandizing accounts
Achieve and maintain Crazy Mountain’s market plan and sales goals
Quarterly evaluation of each distributor in your territory
Submission of required administrative reports
• Weekly Sales Itinerary
• Expense Reports
• Updated list of draft placement
Communication
• Weekly phone meetings with National Director of Sales
• Relay information regarding sales and promotional activity, key account target lists, and event calendars
• Must be available by email and mobile phone daily
