Dryhop Brewers, a Brewery & Kitchen in Lakeview, Chicago, is hiring for the position of Front of House/Bar Manager.
We brew two year-round ales, an extremely vast array of seasonal beers, and we cook a full menu of shared plates typically served tapas style, sandwiches, and burgers. Customers can enjoy limited free samples, purchase beer-to-go in Growlers, purchase a pint for on-premise consumption, and/or purchase one of our many dishes for dining in or carry out.
Dryhop also maintains four to eight guest drafts (in addition to our six house lines), a well curated whiskey and cocktail list, and a few select wines.
We are working to become Chicago’s leading brewpub.

Job Qualifications
*Minimum 2 years FOH Management experience
*Craft Beer knowledge is a must
*Craft Beer Bar or Brew Pub experience is a must
*High end spirits familiarity and experience
*Basset Certified
*Knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene regulations and procedures
*Good understanding of current licensing and employment laws
Lifestyle Requirements
*Ability to work late nights, weekends, holidays, and odd hours
*Ability to work around alcohol without abuse
