Seeking experienced brewer with natural leadership skills and personable nature to help launch a Minneapolis brew pub! Location will be part of a well-known, respected, and independently owned Minnesota restaurant group. In addition to brewing operations oversight and guidance, the position will be in charge of educating staff about flavor profiles and differences between the pub’s beer offerings, which will include guest selections. There will also be opportunities for this individual to plan and lead beer-tasting dinners and to coordinate menu pairings.
Production will be distributed throughout the companies multiple restaurant concepts.
Compensation: Salary based on experience, plus benefits and incentives.
