Lost Coast Brewery, located in Eureka, California has an opening for a Cellar person/assistant brewer.
This is a full time, hourly position. We run shifts 24/7, so some weekend/nights can be expected. Compensation is very competitive, and the cost of living is relatively low in our area. Our ideal candidate for this entry level position will have:
Formal brewing education and/or 1 year experience in a commercial brewery.
Ability to work independently while following SOP's.
Able to work in a fast paced, yet detail oriented environment.
The desire to grow in your profession, as Lost Coast Brewery grows.
