Trumer Brauerei is hiring a Brewery Administrator. The Administrator must be very well organized, have a strong background with record-keeping, be good with numbers, people-oriented and a team player who will support brewery staff and off-site accounting and sales staff, as well as have public interaction on a regular basis. Job responsibilities will include:
- Primary contact with the public through walk-ins, telephone and internet inquiries
- A/P processing
- Daily physical inventory control and reconciliation
- Input sales and promotional invoices
- Track cash levels in bank accounts
- Manage Gift Shop sales and inventory
- Create and track purchase orders
- Price post with California ABC
- Maintain current insurance certificates for all vendors
- Coordinate brewery daily tours
- Extensive sales tracking / reporting by individual retail account for 15 distributors
- Work with distributors and trucking companies to arrange pick-up of product at the brewery
- Monitoring distributors floor inventory levels and alert them when they are running low or when their next order needs to be adjusted
- Assist retail customers with issues that arise with distributors
- Responding to public enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate and manage company participation at various beer festivals, promotions and charity events, and work said events as well.
- HR responsibilities include reviewing time clock punches, manage employee medical benefits programs; process employee expense reports; track employee trade spending; process new employee paperwork
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel
- Database and accounting software experience, including MAS200/MAS500, Peachtree, J.D. Edwards
- Physical inventory counting and management experience
- Customer service / Hospitality experience
- Purchasing experience
