    Substitute for Pauls Mild

    I was just told by my supplier that I'm going to have to wait a few weeks to get Pauls Mild Ale malt. It's the base malt for one of our seasonals. Anyone have any recommendations for a substitute? Just don't want to wait too long to brew.

    Have you looked at the Briess Ashburne Mild?
