SALES MANAGER
Roth Brewing Company is looking to add a highly-qualified and entrepreneurial individual to join us. We have a position available for a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate has a passion & knowledge of craft beer & industry-related sales experience is preferred.
The position is full time and will service both on and off-premise accounts and is responsible for maximizing beer sales while maintaining high levels of customer service. Applicant must be organized, productive and will be required to prospect through cold call visits. Must be 21 years of age and have a clean driving record. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
RESPOSIBILITIES
• Allow for flexible hours nights and weekends.
• Obtaining new business at on and off-premise accounts.
• Maintaining and increasing business in existing accounts.
• Organize/Attend tastings, beer dinners, festivals, ect.
• Maintaining a customer database.
• Keep a weekly log of goals and account calls.
• Deliver beer to accounts as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with limited amount of direction; ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to speak in front of large groups, conduct trainings/promotions.
• Strong work ethic; demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results.
• Strong judgment and professional maturity.
• Excellent problem solving skills; mathematically proficient.
• One to two years malt beverage experience preferred.
• One to two years sales experience preferred.
• A good driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point.
• Candidate should be able and willing to lift at least 31.5 lbs and move 165 lbs kegs.
