Hopvine Brewing Company is a new 8,200 square foot brewpub with a 5,000 square foot patio in Aurora, Illinois which will be opening late this spring. Hopvine will be an upscale casual brewpub. Our craft beer, brewed by our award-winning Brewmaster, will be paired with an array of high-quality, unique menu items created in our scratch kitchen.

Job Description
At Hopvine Brewing Company, you will have the chance to let your creativity flow.
Along with being responsible for developing a beer-infused menu, you will also establish systems and procedures to ensure excellent food quality and control food and labor costs. You will also oversee all kitchen operations, manage the kitchen staff and instill your passion for food in all team members.
Job Requirements
4 years of Chef/Kitchen Management experience in a high volume, full service kitchen environment along with a desire to continually improve the food/beer culture. Proven success in controlling kitchen operations, a commitment to the highest industry standards, and a stable job history are a must. Your drive to succeed will be essential as a part of a team designed to optimize the guest experience.
