We're looking for seasoned managers to join our growing brewpub in Falls Church, VA. We're looking for candidates who have experience in high-volume, fast-paced, full service restaurants and have a passion for hospitality. Candidates must take a hands-on approach, have a strong floor presence, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Successful candidates will have proven experience managing costs, hiring and training, team building, and improving management systems.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
~ 4+ years front of house manager experience in high-volume full service restaurants
~ A proven track record in achieving food, labor, beverage, and supply controls
~ An established drive to consistently exceed guest expectations
~ Dynamic and assertive leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams
~ Strong communication and organizational skills with fanatical attention to detail
~ Exceptional work ethic
~ Self-motived with the ability to accomplish goals with confidence
~ Unrelenting drive for food safety and health procedures
~ Working knowledge and understanding of hospitality based software with an strong emphasis
on Posi-touch, Hot Schedules and Open Table
~ Ideal candidates will also have previous experience with craft beer and/or brewpubs
