Maintenance Engineer Wanted.
Job Description:
The Maintenance Engineer position will include facility, packaging and brewing equipment maintenance, as directed by the Plant Engineer.
Requirements:
Production brewery experience
Understanding of brewing, cellar and packaging process
Electrical wiring 110/208/480V single and 3 phase
Electronics troubleshooting and repair skills, including PLC
Understanding of pumps, motors and controls
Drive motor, gearbox and conveyor experience
Troubleshooting of mechanical systems and wrenching skills
Pneumatic control and valve troubleshooting and repair experience
Carpentry skills
General facilities maintenance experience, yes toilets!
Ability to prioritize and complete repair jobs in an unsupervised environment.
Availability for unplanned emergency repairs
Sanitary and repair welding skills a plus
Boiler and steam control experience a plus
HVAC and process refrigeration troubleshooting and maintenance a Plus
Weekend work required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy items, stand, squat, and work in hot or cold environments for an extended period of time
Availability for unplanned emergency repairs
Physically and mentally able to work in tight spaces and in close quarters with others
Compensation: Competitive salary based on level of experience. Eligible for medical and dental coverage at 50% of premium after 90 days with additional coverage at 18 months. Eligible for 401k after 1 month with 3% company match
