I am an award winning Brewmaster who has designed and commissioned breweries in North and Central America. The designs have ranged from simple brewpub concepts to the more advanced larger automated breweries.While trained as a microbiologist and Brewmaster at accredited institutions, I bring the reality of brewery operations and the life of a Brewmaster to every design and commissioning of a brewery.
Forty years of brewing experience has allowed me to see the development of the brewing industry and all the new trends that are found in todays' breweries. However, some things that never change are:
