Odyssey Beerwerks is a growing brewery located in northern metro Denver.
At Odyssey Beerwerks, we take pride in brewing quality beers for the Colorado culture. Odyssey Beerwerks is looking for a hometown Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing the sales of Odyssey’s portfolio. Duties and responsibilities include:
• New sales
• Account maintenance
• Promotions
• Managing distributor network
• Building retail relationships
• Managing sales/distribution team
• Creating/meeting sales plans
• Educate on-premise staff
• Conduct beer tastings
• Organize off- and on-premise merchandising and point-of-sales efforts
• Track all out-of-house kegs
• Manage draft line cleaning for on-premise accounts
• Manage beer freshness program for on- and off-premise accounts.
Required qualifications:
• At least three years sales/distribution experience within the beer industry
• At least three years management experience
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Great people skills
• A passion for craft beer
Bonus qualifications:
Goal oriented, self starter, well organized, detailed
Successful candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, be able to lift/move kegs and cases of beer, and have strong knowledge of the Denver craft beer customer base.
This position will include some evening and weekend work doing promotions and festival events. The position will occasionally include some overnight travel for festivals or for sales.
