Stone Brewing Co. located in Escondido, CA, is seeking a qualified, experienced candidate to fill a Process Engineer position in our Production Department. This person will manage the Siemens Braumat Classic system on our brewhouse, troubleshoot system and process issues in the entire brewery (including the brewhouse, cellars, packaging, utilities and wastewater treatment areas), work with HMI systems, data acquisition and reporting systems, and assist in new projects and training.
We are looking for someone with an Engineering degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. This person must possess a proven track record in the development and start-up of PLC-based process control systems. Computer literacy-competent in the use of the internet and Microsoft software (Word and Excel). PLC and programming ability. Experience in development of SCADA systems, operator interface, data acquisition, and reporting required. Experience with Ignition, Python, Java, RSLogix 5000, Siemens Braumat, and Siemens Step7 are highly desirable. Candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills to be effective across all levels; be a self-starter; and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
