The Lagunitas Brewing Company is one of the fastest-growing craft breweries in the United States. Founded in 1993, our headquarters is located in Petaluma, CA. We are currently searching for Quality Assurance Technicians to join our Petaluma Lab team. This year we will also be opening our new state-of–the-art facility in Chicago, IL and are also looking for QA Technicians to join the Chicago team.
This position conducts physical, chemical and microbiological quality checks on in-process beer, finished goods and brewing raw materials.
We highly desire candidates that have experience in Microbiology media preparation aseptic technique and experience with VIS/UV spectrophotometer, A/P Alcolyzer, PCR, Haze meter, portable gas measuring devices, and/or GC experience.
All qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years QA/QC experience in the food or beverage environment, be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
