Deep River Brewing Company, LLC (DRBC) is a rapidly growing brewery in Clayton, NC. As such, the brewery has an immediate need for a high energy, craft beer centric, self-starter, self-motivated, Sales Representative to help grow the brand and expand its current customer base.
The Sales Representative position with our company will require you to be flexible in work duties performed. In other words, we will all do whatever it takes to produce world class beer and provide top notch service. While DRBC will do everything possible to ensure a consistent schedule, you should have open availability and the ability to be on call as needed. We expect you to understand that rapidly growing breweries require a lot of work and flexibility. Preferred Skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Sales experience in the wine/spirits/beer market
• High-level understanding of the beer brewing process
Job Requirements:
• Establish new accounts and service existing accounts
• Develop and maintain retailer relationships
• Assist in representing Deep River Brewing Co at select festivals
• Scheduling of promotional events and tastings
• Hosting various tastings around the sales territory
• Delivery of beer, tap handles, and merchandise as needed
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Support retail taproom staff as needed and assigned
• Provide top notch service to all customers
• Represent DRBC in a professional manner at all times
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Some night and/or weekend work required
