SanTan Brewing Company is looking for a self-motivated, committed individual with experience in managing a full production Craft Brewery in Chandler, AZ with a current capacity of 35,000-40,000 BBLs. Must have experience in equipment installation and general maintenance including mechanical, electrical and plumbing to join our growing team. Competitive salary based on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage projects and equipment installation
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance, monitoring and record keeping programs for Brewing, Packaging and Support equipment for entire facility.
Ensure efficient and safe operations of all equipment through routine maintenance and inspections during operating hours and on call when off-site
Make recommendations for necessary spare parts and back up equipment.
Assist Packaging staff to troubleshoot the canning process to ensure quality beer
Establish annual budget for Maintenance Dept.
Purchase and maintain adequate spare parts and supplies
Maintain Facility appearance
Acquire quotes for building projects and perform minor facility repairs
Work with vendors on maintaining inventory levels
Perform any necessary simple plumbing repairs and installs
Keep the Facility OSHA compliant
Communicate with all department managers
Knowledge, Experience and Abilities Required:
Technical/Engineering degree(open for discussion)
Proven ability to propose, lead and commission capital projects
Strong mechanical, electrical and trouble-shooting skills
Basic plumbing skills
Strong alignment to Company cultures and values
Self-Motivation and ability to work independently and with limited direction
Ability to collaborate and work well with management , peers and across functions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Process equipment(pumps, motors, valves, refrigeration systems, air systems, Boilers.
