Berkshire Brewing Company is a 19 year old craft brewery based in South Deerfield, Massachusetts, producing in excess of 20,000 barrels of beer annually. In addition to the brewery itself in South Deerfield, we operate 5 warehouses allowing us to sell and self-distribute our products throughout southern New England.
We are seeking an experienced industry professional to oversee our Connecticut operations, which currently consists of warehouses in Enfield and Stratford, a 4 person sales team, and drivers and trucks for each location. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with sales management experience, a strong background in the alcoholic beverage industry and must be knowledgeable and passionate about craft beer. This is a new position, and we are looking for someone with a desire to make it their own. We recognize that there is tremendous potential for the growth of Berkshire Brewing Company in Connecticut, and the District Sales Manager will be responsible for fueling that growth.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite a must. Familiarity with Route Accounting Software, and PDA/Smart Phone based ordering systems a plus. Interested candidates should email a resume to sales@berkshirebrewingcompany.com
