    Has anyone used Maurivin's line of dry brewer's yeasts? The line is only three deep (I believe they are mainly a winery supplier) but at 32.00-34.00 / 500grams (10bbl pitch) at CMG, I'm at least curious.

    I used to work for Mauri Foods in their yeast R&D plant. Do a few pilot ferments with existing wort streams... you'll reach the same conclusions that I did.
