Brewery Mechanic in Lincoln, NE – Jack- or Jill-of-all-Trades Sought
Howdy Folks,
Ploughshare Brewing Co. is seeking to fill a part-time position that could transition to a fulltime position for an experienced maintenance engineer who will work closely with the brewers in all aspects of equipment maintenance, repair, and installation. The Brewery Mechanic is a hands-on individual who knowledgably works on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and refrigeration systems. This position may be ideal for a semi-retired person with diverse mechanical background or a younger individual looking to move into a long-term position.
PBC is startup production brewery built around a 15-bbl decoction-ready 3-vessel brewhouse, and includes plans for a 150-person taproom with food. We expect to fill this position by June 1, 2014, but the right candidate could start as early as Jan. 15, 2014.
