    Job Available: Canning line operator, full-time
    Location: Monroe, CT

    Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join a unique new business with tremendous potential and gain extensive experience working in the Craft Beer Industry. We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and reliable individual, who is looking to grow and take on a larger role as the business expands.

    Description & Responsibilities:

    1. All aspects of operating a beer packaging line including, but not limited to:
    - Operating and maintaining machinery
    - Troubleshooting beer conditions, mechanical problems, and other unanticipated issues
    - Packaging finished product
    - Extensive cleaning and sanitizing of the equipment
    - Mixing chemicals
    - Attention to quality control, efficiency, and statistical tracking

    2. All aspects of operating a mobile packaging business including, but not limited to:
    - Organizing, preparing, and loading the mobile canning truck prior to jobs
    - Driving the 26ft mobile-canning box truck
    - Un-loading, assembling, disassembling, and re-loading the mobile canning truck on a job
    - Moving heavy equipment and supplies

    3. Working closely with brewery owners, head brewers, and all brewery staff.

    4. Warehouse activities including, but not limited to:
    - Organizing inventory and accepting deliveries
    - Driving a fork lift
    - Shrink-sleeving cans

    Requirements:
    1. Self-Starter, eager to learn and take on responsibility.
    2. Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
    3. Must have extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
    4. Customer driven and results oriented. Team player with top-notch people skills.
    5. Passionate and knowledgeable about craft beer.
    6. Mechanical. Competent at maintaining and repairing equipment.
    7. Experience with tools and pneumatic equipment.
    8. Comfortable working with numbers and familiarity with beer volume calculations.
    9. Brewery experience is preferred, and an understanding of beer and the brewing process is required.
    10. Willingness to work irregular hours and travel throughout New England on a regular basis.
    11. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    12. Physically able to work on your feet for long hours and lift/move heavy objects.

    Compensation: Full-time temp to hire position with a 90 day probationary period. Competitive salary.
