    Position: SALES COORDINATOR
    Department: Sales
    Reports to: Director of Sales

    One of the fastest growing craft breweries in Northern California is looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator to be the backbone of our rapidly expanding team. Working in tandem with the Director of Sales, you will be asked to assist the sales department in all aspects of managing a growing distribution network and customer base.

    You should be a master of time management and multi-tasking, capable of handling a high level of inbound traffic. You will act as a liaison between sales, production and marketing, while maintaining open communication with our sales team, distributors and customers. You should be tech-savvy and able to adapt to new technology systems quickly.

    The Sales Coordinator is responsible for:

    • Assisting the director with planning, projects and tasks as needed
    • Organizing our participation in sampling events, festivals and trade shows
    • Maintaining sales collateral, point-of-sale materials and training documentation for the sales team
    • Tracking sales goals using both internal and external reporting systems
    • Assisting with Key Account management -- preparation for presentations, business reviews, new item submission, and price promotions
    • Compiling frequent reports detailing the sales team's activities and metrics
    • Maintaining our internal customer database
    • Providing hospitality to clients visiting the brewery
    • Creating and maintaining master calendars for sales department including events, travel and meetings
    • Communicating product information and availability to distributors and sales team
    • Sending out our monthly retailer newsletter
    • Handling all inbound communication from prospective customers or distributors
    • Packaging and shipping samples and POS materials as requested

    Education, Skills, and Experience:

    • Be exceptionally organized and proficient at time management
    • Two years professional sales or administrative support experience
    • Bachelors' in Business, Communications or Marketing preferred
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to adapt quickly to the challenges of a rapidly growing company
    • Proficiency with Apple OS interface, Keynote, MS Word, Excel, cloud-based technology and social networking systems
    • Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs with some regularity
