    Can anyone point me in the direction of good grain and hops distributor in or near NY. Thanks for any help!!

    Since you brew in Massachusetts, why don't you inquire with Valley Malt in Hadley, MA. Best in the region as far as I am concerned. I am using about 20% Valley Malt in most of our beers. I have brewed, with great success, two 100% local beers using Valley Malt and local hops. I also have 3 beers that range between 40-60% VM.

      Country Malt Group has a warehouse in Plattsburgh, I think.
