Church Brew Works in Pittsburgh is looking for a CellarPerson (experience preferred, but not necessary).
Responsibilities include:
Tank cleaning
Transferring/filtering beers
General cleaning
Keg cleaning
Packaging (bottling and kegging)
Assisting brewers with other tasks
Representing the brewery in-house and at festivals/samplings/etc
Many other things
Qualifications:
Knowledge of brewing process and a fundamental understanding of professional brewing
Extensive knowledge of sanitation
Ability to work as a member of a team
Ability to follow instructions
Capability of doing physical labor
Ability and willingness to learn
Patience -- this is not a rockstar position
